Customer Appreciation Sale

Wednesday, June 2 and Saturday June 5
Hours: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

We sincerely appreciate everyone who has purchased plants this spring. As a result we are offerring an additional 10% to 30% off this Wednesday, June 2, and Saturday June 5; hours 10:00am to 2:00pm; discount depends on the amount purchased. As an added bonus we obtained additional 8-10 year old Trilliums (See list below). This Wednesday and Saturday will be the last time to purchase your native plants at the garden until fall.

Jerry Hightower speaks this Wednesday on "Plants of the Muck and Mire 101". If you have a wet area in your yard, this will be an excellent time to find out what to plant. The garden walk will be in the Fern Garden and conducted by Mary Lou Cannemela. We have one of the largest selections of Ferns in the Southeast so we hope you will join us for both the Fern Garden Walk and the talk - "Plants of the Muck and Mire 101". The garden walk starts at 10:30am. This is our last program for the Spring Series.

Lastly, don't miss this oportunity to have one of natures outstanding spring ephemerals - Trilliums - we obtained an additional quantity for the Customer Appreciation Sale. Trilliums are truly a delight in the shade garden. We also still have a few Native Azaleas available and, of course, a good selection of other native plants. Prices for Trilliums below before minimum 10% discount.

Cuneate Trillium--- Trillium cuneatum $ 9.50 (3 or more $ 9.00)
Flex Trillium ----Trillium flexipes $ 12.00
Yellow Trillium --- Trillium luteum $ 12.00

The gardens are alive with Spring and early summer blossoms. We hope you have a chance to attend our last walk and talk of our Spring 2010 Lunch and Wildflower Series, to visit our sales area for the Customer Appreciation Sale and especially to visit the garden.
